Special Needs Children’s Photographer
So we meet again, dear blog readers!
The topic of discussion for today is none other than Princess Gwen, my dear friend's miracle child. If she looks familiar to you, it's because I've photographed her a few times before (she's the cutie in the pink).
I was so excited when Stephanie brought her back to me for pictures because I just love working with the both of them! I've known Stephanie for about six years now, but it seems like we met in another life. She is the epitome of grace and strength, aside from the fact that she is also in the Army and Gwen's CNA!
Having a special needs child can be a challenging life with doctors appointments, therapies and milestones, but if there's one thing I've learned from mamas of these little angels, it's that they wouldn't trade it for the world! Nor should they - I think parents of special needs children experience love on a whole different level than parents of other children.
As expected, Stephanie did a wonderful job preparing her outfits for our session and Gwen was in a wonderful mood for a teddy bear tea party.... I mean, who wouldn't be? Can we have a grown up teddy bear tea party?
Because my last session with Gwen went so well, I knew it wouldn't be any different this time around. Our session was set outside in Westminster near a small grove of beautiful blooming Crabapple trees. Check out the gorgeous images for yourself:
